The Monster Under The Bed

Freeing your emotions

A talk by Jane Jackson

Whether or not you like to admit it, we've all had monsters under our beds at some point in our lives.

Monsters that have led us to hold onto

Graham Gorman

Jane Jackson

Chief Befriender of Monsters, is passionate about sharing her knowledge and techniques, to help others establish a healthier relationship with all parts of themselves. And that includes the Monsters!
Having developed her skills to overcome a long battle with depression and addictions, following Childhood Trauma; plus several long-term physical health problems including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Jane has gone on to establish a successful business supporting others to release DIS-EASE from their MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.
With her first-hand insight into how our early life experiences impact on every aspect of our adult lives, she is committed to helping you recognise and befriend your own monsters that are blocking the flow of abundance and wellbeing in your life.
Jane brings together her life-long learning, skills and experiences as a Coach; Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner; Spiritual Guide; Author and Public Speaker to work intuitively with those who are ready to experience deep healing

By opening up a dialogue and befriending them, we can start to unravel some of the damage that has been caused by suppressing them or ignoring them.

And this was the subject of the society's first talk of 2019 when Jane Jackson was our guest speaker.

Jane explained how everyone has the capacity to heal and facing these monsters does not need to be scary or traumatic.

During her talk Jane also explored where these Monsters really come from and demonstrated an easy way for us to start releasing them into the wilderness, leaving us to feel free and content.
