By opening up a dialogue and befriending them, we can start to unravel some of the damage that has been caused by suppressing them or ignoring them.

And this was the subject of the society's first talk of 2019 when Jane Jackson was our guest speaker.

Jane explained how everyone has the capacity to heal and facing these monsters does not need to be scary or traumatic.

During her talk Jane also explored where these Monsters really come from and demonstrated an easy way for us to start releasing them into the wilderness, leaving us to feel free and content.
