Hypnosis for childbirth
Changing expectations ... challenging attitudes
… one birth at a time

a talk by Sharon Mustard

September 2014 saw the welcome return of Sharon Mustard who, just a few months earlier, back in April, spoke about hypnosis for fertility.

She returns to continue with a talk on the use of hypnotherapy in childbirth for, as founder and director of easibirthing®, for more than 19 years, Sharon has trained substantial numbers of women and their partners in the use of hypnosis for childbirth and issues concerning fertility.

The easibirthing® model had been specifically designed, in consultation with midwives and gynaecologists, to reflect birthing and assisted conception methods in the UK.

The method is designed to change mothers-to-be expectations about of birth in a way which enables them to help rather than hinder the natural process. It also helps them develop valuable life skills for parenthood.
